How can I see that the Vehicle Reservation is confirmed?

As HelloCar Rental, we send free confirmation information to the e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers provided by all students during the rental process. It is important for our guests to provide all the information completely and correctly during the reservation. You can ask all the information about your reservation by sending it through the form.


I want to make changes to my reservation, how can I do it?

It is not possible to make changes to your reservations such as cancellation, date, vehicle group change, additional service addition, etc. in your confirmed reservations via www.hellocarrental.com or www.hellocarrental.com. How do I pay the rental fee?

You can use the payment option during the reservation or when picking up the vehicle from the branch.
You can pay in CASH or CASH.


Can I pay with someone else's credit card?

In order to rent a vehicle, the driver's information and payment card information must match.


Can I pay with my credit card in installments and with my accumulated points?

It is not possible to rent a vehicle in installments with a credit card and with the points accumulated on your credit card.


When is the provision placed on the credit card refunded?

The provision (deposit) is refunded after the end of the rental;
Toll roads and bridge crossings,
Traffic Fines,
Missing fuel,
Daily km limit exceedance and
Damage costs are calculated and the remaining amount is refunded.

If these amounts are not available, the entire provision fee is forwarded to the bank to which the credit card is connected. Provision change is reflected on the credit card within 1 to 15 business days, depending on the transactions between operations and taking into account public holidays.



How can I pick up the vehicle I have reserved?

The reservation information of our guests is sent to the office they have chosen at intervals. It is sufficient to go to our relevant office with your reservation information. We kindly ask you to have your driver's license, passport and personal credit card with you.


What documents and information are required for the journey to pick up the vehicle?

What are your Cancellation/Return conditions?

As Hello Car Rental, we offer "Reservation Without Prepayment" opportunity to customrers. You can pay at the office. If you cancel your reservation, your entire payment will be refunded permanently.
Before returning your vehicle within the period specified in the contract, the cost of the days you did not use the vehicle will be refunded without interruption.

What should I do if the vehicle delivered to me and the vehicle I rented are different brands?

Reservations are made based on type of car group, not on brands and models. When we cannot provide flexible vehicles for the vehicle types requested by our guests, the flexible vehicle in the upper group is provided without any price difference.


Can I return my vehicle contract information and time later?

We kindly ask those who are delayed in the delivery of the vehicle to inform our Call Center at +90 543 483 0753. If the delay exceeds 2 hours, one day's rental fee will be charged. In case of delay, we try to get information by calling our customer by phone.
We ask our guests to report it to the Call Center 24 hours before the extended maintenance period, if any. The answer will be given depending on the availability of the extension tool. The extension cannot be carried out without the extension fee being collected
.


What should I do if I have an accident?

Our guests should contact the authorized persons by calling +90 543 483 07 53 and inform them.
In the case of one-sided accidents of our guests;
If our guest hits a stationary vehicle,
If our vehicle is hit by a third party while it is parked,
If our guest rubs or hits any object and the bumper/body of our vehicle is scratched or dented,
If there are breaks or cracks in the headlights and taillights, the nearest police or gendarmerie station should be contacted without changing the location of the vehicle and accident, theft and alcohol detection reports should be obtained.
In case of collision;
Driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license,
The driver is a minor,
The driver is suspected of alcohol or mental health,
One of the vehicles involved in the accident belongs to a public institution, damage occurs to property belonging to a public institution,
Damage occurs only to property belonging to third parties,
One of the vehicles involved in the accident does not have traffic insurance,
The accident results in death or bodily harm,

If at least one of the following conditions is present, the nearest police or gendarmerie station must be contacted without changing the location of the vehicle and accident, theft and alcohol detection reports must be obtained.
If none of the above-mentioned items occur in the event of a collision, our guests must file a Material Damage Accident Report according to the type of accident.


Will a replacement vehicle be provided if my rented vehicle breaks down?

In the event of a breakdown, our guests must contact the authorized persons by calling +90 543 483 07 53 to inform them. A new vehicle will be provided instead of the broken vehicle.


Will the expenses be reflected on me if the rented vehicle breaks down?

The expenses for the days the vehicle spends in repair are not reflected on you. However, what we expect from our guests is that they pull over to a suitable place and call +90 543 483 07 53 if there is a technical problem with the vehicle (engine overheating, transmission failure, engine warning lights, etc.). If they knowingly and willingly continue on the road while there is a problem with the vehicle, the repair and maintenance costs related to the vehicle will be covered by our guests.
All kinds of damages, material and moral losses that may occur due to our guests' failure to comply with the current traffic laws and regulations will be covered by our guests

Do your vehicles have winter tires?

Our vehicles do not have winter tires as standard. If winter tires can be supplied for the date range and vehicle group requested by our guests, they can be provided for a fee.


What should I do when a traffic ticket is issued for the license plate of the vehicle I rent?

Traffic tickets written on the license plate of our vehicles are notified to us as HelloCar Rental. Our guests are called and informed about the tickets notified to us by the Ministry of Finance. The tickets are paid with a 25% discount and then collected from our guests. The tickets notified to us are reflected to our guests by adding a 500 TL service fee.


What should I do when a traffic ticket is issued for the ID number?

The tickets written for the T.C. ID number must be paid by our guests.
The vehicle you will rent is protected against collision, crashing, theft and attempted theft. Damages that may be given to third parties are also protected within the limits of traffic insurance. There is no damage exemption in our insurance conditions. However, the cost of damages that are not properly recorded (accident report, alcohol report, documents of the parties involved in the accident, etc.) belongs exclusively to the user. In damages that are not recorded, the damage repair process is not carried out with the driver's statement.


What is Mini Damage Insurance? Why should I purchase Mini Damage Insurance?

Mini Damage Insurance ensures that material damages incurred in the vehicle are covered by our guests' written declaration without the need for a police report. We offer our guests three types of mini damage insurance options:

Is there a mileage limit on your vehicles?

There is no limit for our customers coming from abroad (however, if they drive 3500, 4000 km in a 14-day rental, a sanction is applied.)
Our mileage limit determined during vehicle rental is 300 km per day and is limited to 4000 km per month. For rentals over 30 days, 100 km per day is added to your limit. A fee of 5 TL per kilometer is charged when the mileage limit is exceeded. You can buy 1000 km for 3000 TL by paying 3 TL per kilometer during the first reservation or contract at the branch. You will have a limit of 4000 km per month.



What is your practice in cases where I exceed the daily mileage limit?

An additional 5 TL per kilometer excess fee may be reflected in the daily rental fee for our guests who exceed the daily mileage limit. It is 500 TL per 100 km. The amount of distance covered is determined by reading the mileage clock placed in the vehicles by the manufacturing companies. In case the mileage clock placed in the vehicle breaks down, the mileage fee is calculated based on the distance of the journey on the map. determined.


Can someone else drive the vehicle I rent?

The rental contract is made with the person renting the vehicle. Depending on the contract, the information of the person renting the vehicle is included in all insurance and security conditions of the vehicle. In the event that a person whose information is not in the rental contract becomes a party to an accident with material or moral damage as a driver; all insurance and assurances are deemed invalid, and both the person renting the vehicle and the persons involved in the accident are held responsible for the accident.


What is the Additional Driver Service?

The additional driver service ensures that an additional driver becomes a party to the contract and is included in the insurance and assurances. Remember, the driver age and license age application that varies according to groups is also valid for the additional driver.

What should I do when the Adblue sign is on?
